Our venison for sale comes from farm raised deer, with consideration for the welfare of both the animal and our environment, resulting in delicate flavor and guaranteed tenderness. Unlike wild deer, who always live in a constant state of survival, pasture-raised deer have access to food, water and shelter with no predators. This results in delicious tender meat with a completely different taste and texture to wild deer.
