To Thaw:
Remove the lobster meat from its original packaging.
Place it in a sealed plastic bag.
Thaw in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
For Faster Thawing:
Keep the lobster meat in a sealed plastic bag.
Run under cool water until thawed. Never use hot water.
