Takamori Wagyu originates from the single-farm of Iwakuni in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Takamori Wagyu has famously become known as “Drunken Wagyu”. Cattle are fed a sake mash from Dassai Sake which produces a mild, silky flavor profile.
