Spanish cured meats included in this sampler:
Jamón Ibérico Cured Ham (2 oz): This famed aged ham has a rich, complex flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. From 100% Ibérico breed pork.
Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (2 oz): “De Bellota” means acorns and this rare, exquisite derives its flavor from the sweet acorns the free-range pigs indulge in while roaming the oak forests between Spain and Portugal. From 100% free-range Ibérico breed pork.
Jamón Serrano Cured Ham (6 oz): This emblematic ham is Spain’s most popular and is central to a large variety of tapas and traditional Spanish recipes. Dry-cured for at least a year, it has a mild, saltiness and wonderfully hammy flavor.
Mild Chorizo Sausage (3 oz): This tender cured sausage is made with smoked Pimentón de La Vera paprika, garlic and sea salt. It is famous across Spain for its distinct smoky flavor. All natural.
Lomo Embuchado – Dry-Cured Pork Loin (2 oz): A whole pork loin is seasoned with smoked paprika, sea salt and garlic and hung to cure in the cool mountain air for three months. This lomo is beautifully marbled and delicious.
These products do not come packed in a gift box and will not be packed separately from other products in your iberico jamon order.

Jamón Ibérico: Cebo de Campo Ibérico (pasture raised) pork and salt.
Jamón Ibérico de Bellota: 100% Ibérico de Bellota pork, sea salt.
Lomo: Pork, salt, seasoning (salt, sugar, trisodium citrate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), paprika, olive oil, garlic. Beef collagen casing.
Chorizo: Pork, salt, paprika, garlic, dextrose and lactic acid starter.
Keep refrigerated between servings.
