By popular demand, we’re now offering our Cured Meats Sampler with the olives and peppers shown in the photograph. You can now build a charcuterie board of Spain’s favorite cured Jamon Serrano hams and chorizos, sliced and ready to eat, plus anchovy stuffed olives, piquillo peppers and a jar of tangy guindilla peppers to accompany them.

Over the centuries, Spain has developed a tradition of cured hams and sausages. From the paprika flavored chorizo sausage to the incredible Ibérico Jamon Serrano, you can sample and compare five different examples of this storied tradition.

Featured here are individual packages of the following:

  • 2 oz sliced Jamón Ibérico cured ham
  • 2 oz sliced acorn-fed Ibérico de Bellota
  • 6 oz Jamón Serrano cured ham
  • 2 oz sliced lomo embuchado dry-cured pork loin
  • 3 oz sliced chorizo sausage
  • A tin of our Peregrino anchovy stuffed olives
  • Fire roasted piquillo peppers
  • A jar of tangy Basque guindilla peppers

We recommend that you serve all of our sliced meats at room temperature to bring out their true flavor.

These products do not come packed in a gift box and will not be packed separately from other products in your order.

Ingredients

Jamon Serrano: Pork, Mediterranean sea salt.

Jamón Ibérico: Cebo de Campo Ibérico (pasture raised) pork and salt.

Jamón Ibérico de Bellota: 100% Ibérico de Bellota pork, sea salt.

Lomo: Pork loin, salt, pimentón, garlic.

Chorizo: Pork, salt, paprika, garlic, dextrose and lactic acid starter.

Anchovy olives: Green Manzanilla olives, water, anchovy paste 6% (anchovies, water, sodium alginate (a stabilizer)), salt, citric acid (an acidulant), ascorbic acid (an antioxidant). Pasteurized.

Piquillo peppers: Piquillo peppers, salt and citric acid as acidulant.

Guindilla peppers: Guindilla peppers, wine vinegar, salt, citric acid as acidulant and ascorbic acid as antioxidant.

Yes, all meats are pre-sliced and fully cured, ready to serve right out of the package.

For optimal taste, remove the meats from the refrigerator about 20 to 30 minutes before serving to allow them to reach room temperature. 

Absolutely. This sampler is perfect for building an impressive Spanish charcuterie board. Simply arrange the sliced meats, olives and peppers on a platter and serve with fresh bread and your favorite wine.

No, these items are not packed in a gift box. They will be shipped together in a standard box and may be combined with other products from your order.

Keep unopened packages refrigerated and use within the recommended dates on the packaging. Once opened, store leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.

We ship refrigerated items in a recyclable cooler or insulated package with frozen ice packs to arrive in top condition. 

We pack products carefully to ensure they arrive in top condition. Cold items are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs to preserve freshness.
