  • 1x 5 rib rack (average weight 1 pound) – Venison racks are the equivalent of a beef prime rib. Pan sear and finish off roasting in the oven.
  • 2x ground venison (1 pound per each pack for a total of 2 pounds) – Beautifully lean packing a major protein hit.
  • 1x diced (average weight 1.1 pounds) – Perfect for cooking low and slow. Makes a delicious ragu, chili or goulash. Superb!
  • 1x shortloin (average weight 1-2 pounds) – Venison Short Loin also known as the NY Strip it is from the lower portion of the backstrap. Grill, rest, and slice thinly to serve. Best cooked no more than medium rare.
