Thawing Instructions
For best results, remove the shrimp from the original packaging, place them in a sealed plastic bag, and thaw in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
If you need to speed things up, keep the shrimp in a sealed bag and run under cool water. Never use hot water, as it can affect texture and quality.
Cooking Suggestions
Tiger shrimp can be baked, grilled, boiled, or steamed depending on your preference. Cook just until they reach an internal temperature of 120°F. This ensures they remain tender, juicy, and never overcooked.
