At Quincy Shaking Crab, we ensure that your premium crab and A5 Wagyu beef arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Our products are shipped in temperature-controlled containers designed to maintain the ideal freshness throughout transit. Each package has been rigorously tested to withstand at least 40 hours at or below 45°F, ensuring that your order stays fresh during shipping.
We offer flexible delivery options to meet your needs:
To guarantee the freshest delivery, you can choose your preferred delivery date by contacting us directly. For the quickest delivery, place your order by 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and we will dispatch it the following day. We also accept orders up to 3 months in advance for future delivery dates. All shipments are processed Monday through Friday, for Tuesday through Saturday arrival, via Overnight Delivery.
Orders exceeding $300 qualify for free Standard Shipping. Sundays Delivery will incur an additional fee of $25. This fee ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, and with the premium handling it deserves.
Please note that shipments require a street address for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. It is essential to provide an accurate and complete shipping address to avoid damage or spoilage, as incomplete addresses will void any guarantee. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
To ensure your order arrives in time for your planned meal, we recommend scheduling your delivery at least 3 days prior to preparation. Ordering early in the week allows us to accommodate any special requests you may have. Feel free to contact us for any specific delivery needs or inquiries.
In the event of severe weather, we may delay shipment to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to notify you of any changes to your delivery schedule.
