Each steak is individually packaged and sourced from Japanese Black cattle (Kuroge), the breed synonymous with premium Wagyu. Every order comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its A5-grade Miyazakigyu status the highest standard in Japanese Wagyu. Our expert butchers hand cut each kosher wagyu beef steak to traditional Japanese specifications, offering an approximately 10-ounce ribeye at 3/8” thickness. For a more substantial portion, we also offer “Thick Cut” options.
